Monday 10:00 am 60 mins – Flow with Childcare.

Bring your babes and drop them off into loving arms so that you can take this class. Connecting breath and movement, paced a little slower, you will work through a series of floor, standing and balance poses aimed to reconnect you to your physical body.

Wednesday 5:45 pm 75 mins -R&R

Relax and Renew in this chilled out class. Poses are chosen to relax the body and the mind so that you leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Wednesday 7:30 pm 60 mins – Hot Power

Can’t beat the heat at 42 degrees C: A more vigorous class that is playfully thought out to challenge you physically. Use your body at it’s full potential. YOU ARE STRONG.
