A Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) since 2014 aswell as a yoga + movement teacher. Her treatments are therapeutic and holistic; applied to help you understand your body better; helping you to feel better, so you can move better and ultimately be better.
