Briannaʼs teaching style is intelligent, playful, sensitive and strong. She believes movement, as a Practise, is a tool for personal exploration and self-expression. She will fine tune your awareness to the more subtle sensations and build your strength for grander movement capabilities. Her classes integrate familiar yoga postures with creative transitions, breath work and modern philosophy. She wants movement to be empowering and enlivening for you. She believes that within the practice of yoga we deepen our own understanding of ourSelf.
